Enjoy a five-star dinner paired with wine at Azure Restaurant

Tuck in to a delicious four–course meal whipped up by Chef Christo Pretorius at the Iona Wine Dinner on Friday, 30 September 2016 at Azure Restaurant in the 12 Apostles Hotel and Spa.

Iona Wine Farm, located in the scenic Elgin Valley, has paired up with Azure Restaurant to celebrate the spring season with a stunning four-course meal paired with Iona wines.

Executive Chef Christo Pretorius has put together a stellar menu for this sophisticated dining experience. Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Iona Sauvignon Blanc and a fresh tomato garden salad. This will be followed by passion fruit cured salmon trout paired with Iona Chardonnay, duck terrine with Iona Pinot Noir and rolled lamb neck served with Iona Solace Syrah. The dessert for the night will be fermented strawberry panna cotta served with Iona Sophie Le Rose and petit fours.
