Feeling cheesy? In the mood for a fun(gi) time? Go wild at this palatable pairing event where mould meets fungus in the best possible way! Taking place at the Culture Cheese Club in Bree Street on Saturday, 28 May 2016, mushroom guru Justin Williams and cheesemonger Luke Williams take foodies on a journey of tastes with four flavourful pairings.

Wildly wonderful, each pairing will showcase a different freshly foraged ingredient, which will be accompanied by a complementary cheese and a beer from Wild Clover Breweries. Expect big flavours; cheesy, educational insights; good company and top tips for getting the most out of nature’s generous offerings.
