If you’re in the mood to feel the chilled vibes and let the good times roll then don your best Jamaican threads and head to Hillcrest Quarry for a Caribbean extravaganza with a twist! The Jammin Reggae Fest is happening on Sunday, 20 March from 12pm onwards. Expect big sound, big entertainment and lots of fun.
No Reggae Fest would be complete without a supercool line-up! The afternoon promises to be a doozy with big names, such as The Rudimentals and Sons of Selassie, lighting up the massive marquee. Any fan of Caribbean musical flair will undoubtedly be familiar with the reggae, drum and bass, toe-tapping sound of ‘The Rudis,’ and the ska-blend symphony of the Rivertones. Have a look at the complete line-up below:
LINE-UP FOR THE 2016 JAMMIN REGGAE FEST AT HILLCREST QUARRY
Grab your friends, get your most colourful Caribbean clothes on and make sure you’ve got your dancing shoes on hand! There’ll be food trucks and full bar facilities at the venue so don’t be tempted to bring your own snacks – they won’t be allowed into the concert area.
TICKETS FOR THE 2016 JAMMIN REGGAE FEST AT HILLCREST QUARRY
Tickets cost R120p/p and are available from Computicket.com. The good vibes start at 1pm and keep on jammin’ for nine hours!
