Know your Pinotage from your plonk, and your Rose from your Riesling? Then it is a sign that you need to add the first-ever Constantia Crush festival to your calendar. This wine celebration gets underway at The Bay Sports Bar and Restaurant on Saturday, 13 February 2016.
The organisers are starting things off with a bang. They have invited 20 wine farms to showcase their produce, which means there will be around 100 wines to sample. Try some of the finest wines from around the Western Cape and take some home with you too – at cellar door prices!
And parents, don’t fret! Your little ones are more than welcome to join in their own fun at the venue. They can clamber up the jungle gym or let off some steam on the jumping castle. If you’re feeling a bit peckish, be sure to check out the food stalls and grab a bite. And there’s free parking!
