BRAAM MALHERBE: Anyone in the adventure or conservation fields will no doubt be familiar with Malherbe, who is both a TV personality and author of bestseller The Great Run. An extreme conservationist and adventurer, Malherbe achieved two world firsts by running the entire coastline of South Africa and the length of the Great Wall of China. A renowned youth developer and speaker, Malherbe’s talk is titled Nothing is Impossible, which – considering his considerable achievements – would appear to be true. Despite experts saying that running the entirety of the Great Wall at marathon pace was physically impossible, Malherbe did it in 98 days. In his presentation, he’ll cover:

• How to dream big and plan well
• Take risks and nothing is impossible
• The power of the mind
• How genuine belief will create your reality
• How to change your mind-set to move from ordinary to extraordinary
• What is takes to make that “extra” happen
• How to realise your true potential

BILLY WILSON: As SALESGURU’s own senior trainer, with more than 20 years of experience in business and sales in South Africa and London, Wilson is an incredibly passionate and competent speaker with a wealth of knowledge to share. Over the years, Wilson has occupied sales positions across the spectrum, from sales representative and area sales manager, to national sales manager and national training manager. His talk will reflect his love of continual development, and is titled I don’t like sales, I love it! In his presentation, he’ll share snippets from his 23-year sales journey, including:

• What transformed his belief that sales is a real profession and an awesome career
• The impact of ones existing conditioning, is it holding you back or driving you forward?
• The massive ripple effect that sales people create, positive or negative
• How to change the belief that sales is just for extroverts
