Celebrate New Year’s Eve in style at the African Pride 15 on Orange Hotel. The gleaming city centre property’s elegant Savour Restaurant is serving up a feast to help ring in 2015 in a sumptuously satisfying fashion.

Set in the heart of the luxury Gardens hotel, the eatery not only offers an array of imaginative international dishes, but also a exudes a sophisticated, cosmopolitan atmosphere, making it the perfect place to let bygones be bygones and welcome a brand new year. Executive Chef Sanel Esterhuyse has put her signature stamp on the NYE spread to create a simple but contemporary all-you-can-eat six-course buffet bursting with taste and texture.

Revelers can start off the festivities picking from a range of salads and starters that include tantalising dishes like Pressed Rabbit Terrine, Leeks and Truffle Aspic or Asparagus Spears Wrapped in Smoked Springbok, Chive Aioli and so much more

The seafood counter will host a wide array of fresh and yummy treats such as Fresh Shucked Oysters, Lemon and Sauce Mignonette; Salmon Sashimi, Pickled Ginger and Daikon; Prawns, Avocado and Mango Salad and loads more.

Revelers are expected to choose from the various gourmet entrées like Herb-crusted Beef Fillet with Port Wine Jus, Teriyaki-glazed Salmon with Sesame Mange Tout; and Lemon and Garlic Grilled Black Tiger Prawn.

And it doesn’t stop there, the sweet corner has so many decadent desserts and treats that it almost seems a crime to have to choose your favourite. Not to mention, guests are invited to see out the final hours of 2014 with a cheese board and bon bons in the Murano Bar.
