Emo Night presents: The Birthday Edition at Gandalf’s

Darken your clothes and strike a violent pose, it’s time to party like it’s your birthday- emo style.

Come one, come all! Emo Night is celebrating their first birthday in true punk rock style on Saturday, 15 July 2017 at Gandalf’s in Observatory. This birthday celebration is not just celebrating Emo Night, but everyone who has made it possible thus far! That means you!

Emo Night returns to their original home of the emo and everything alternative, Gandalf’s, to celebrate where it all began. Your usual Gandalf hosts DJ ChangeTheChorus and DJ Criboi will be on the decks spinning their own unique flavours of classic emo ballads. There will also be some special guests that those who have frequented Emo Night parties will recognise.You can expect a night of belting out your favourite ballads, cheap drinks and no judgement; so feel free get your emo all the way on!

Gandalf’s remains the epicentre of the underground, alternative and emo subculture in the Mother City. Expect music that features nothing pop and everything rock ‘n’ roll and alternative. This is a place where you can dress as you want and go all out with no judgement!

Cover charge is R40 and is payable on arrival. Doors open at 8pm. Right of admission is reserved, no person under the age of eighteen are allowed and you need to show ID upon entering.
