Cape Cobras vs. Knights Sunfoil Series

The 2015/2016 Sunfoil Series kicks off with a game at Newlands

Two of the three domestic cricket tournaments have been in full swing for a while now, but the Sunfoil Series is yet to begin. This is the four-day test format (as opposed to the RamSlam T20 or Momentum ODI) for those who are unfamiliar with the competition. The first match of the series will see our very own boys in blue take on the VKB Knights from Bloemfontein in a home game at PPC Newlands from Thursday, 17 December to Sunday, 20 December 2015.

The Sunfoil Series gets underway with another two matches in Gauteng on the same day, and will continue until April 2016. The Western Cape will host five of these matches (two in Cape Town and three in Paarl), so there will be plenty of opportunities to enjoy some sunny summer days with mates on the grassy banks of the cricket grounds.
