Green Point Stadium Visitor Centre invites you to a presentation by Robert Hormes of GMP Architekten, Germany.
GMP Architekten is the lead architect for the 2010 Green Point Stadium and Robert Hormes will be talking about the design, construction and future use of the Stadium.
Robert will present a fascinating insider perspective about the architecture of this stadium which will forever change the landscape of the Western Cape.
GMP Architekten has designed some of the world’s most significant buildings. Robert will also speak briefly about GMP’s work globally.
This evening will also include a guided tour of the 2010 stadium construction site.
The 2010 Lecture Series is a bi-monthly series of lectures by speakers who are integrally involved in the planning and implementation of national projects towards the FIFA 2010 Soccer World Cup, whose views are of special interest to the public.
