The Red Bull Cape Town Man is a multi-disciplined extreme relay race that is set to take place in and around the city of Cape Town on 19th of November 2005.

This extreme adrenaline race incorporates speed kitesurfing, mountain biking, mountain running and  paragliding.

During the  race, featuring several extreme sports, 50 teams of four men will compete against one another. The pre-defined course covers the natural and manmade elements of the city, and has been designed to challenge the teams' physical and mental abilities.
