In her first performance since returning from New York, local singer/songwriter Verity kicks off the 2006 Kirstenbosch Winter Warmer Concert series with her brand of melodic pop-rock on Sunday May 7 at 6pm.

Verity is a Cape Town singer/songwriter with a difference. Her website is currently running The Lucky Packet Project where she is raising the money needed to record an album, by inviting 5000 people to buy copies of her CD 'Yet To Be' before she records it & raise R80000 for charity.

She is due to release her first official radio single 'Wherever Love Goes' produced by Theo Crous of the Springbok Nude Girls in South Africa this month.

Joining her for her Kirstenbosch performance are Gorm Helfjord (Golliwog), Sean Ou Tim (Goddessa), Helder Gonzaga (Tucan Tucan) & Melissa Van Der Spuy (Mels Angels).
