Kirstenbosch Summer Sunset Concerts

The summer concerts at Kirstenbosch are without a doubt the highlight of Cape Town's summer. From 15 - 18 December, listen to the Carols by Candlelight concert and get that bit of Christmas spirit.

On Sundays, from November 27 until April, drag your friends with and bring along family for the Appletiser Summer Sunset Concerts at Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens. Take with a picnic or enjoy a glass of wine on the lawns while listening to a mixed selection of classical and contemporary music.

One of the most popular editions of the summer sunset concerts at Kirstenbosch is the Carols by Candlelight, organised by the Rotary. Get that bit of Christmas spirit and be enchanted by the beautiful voices, the serenity and the breathtaking beauty of the surroundings.

The charge for the concerts is R35 for adults, R25 for students (with student card) and R10 for children, inclusive of the garden entrance fee.
