Iziko Museum of Cape Town presents Ace Quartet during lunch time in Cape Town's Koopmans-De Wet House
City workers and visitors to Cape Town’s CBD can take time out to enjoy a soothing hour of light classical music presented by the Ace Quartet.
On Thursday, 10 July at 13:00, this popular all-female group will perform at Iziko Koopmans-De Wet House, the renown house museum in Strand Street that forms part of Iziko Museums of Cape Town.
Comprising violin, viola, cello and flute, the group’s distinctive approach is to select appropriate compositions on the day.
Favourites include Vivaldi, Mozart and Bach, interspersed with movie themes and Latin numbers.
