From 3:30pm to 7pm it’s happy hour at Five Flies. This national monument on Keerom Street is a Cape Town favorite.
The 200-seater restaurant is made up of private dining rooms, a bar that opens out onto a courtyard, as well as a cigar lounge and bar upstairs. Choose your favourite spot for a late lunch or business meeting and take advantage of the extended happy hours that will take you right up to Friday evening.
Executive chef Greg Baverstock has created a snack platter for the Rugby World Cup 2011. Tuck into samoosas, spring rolls, bitterballen, chicken satay and prawn skewers. Share these over drinks or sample their delicious lunch or dinner menu, depending on which happy hour you’re there for.
Five Flies has a sense of history with a modern touch of elegance, making it a great place for drinks with colleagues after work or a catch up with friends. We enjoyed our lunch there.
Call Five Flies to find out more about their exciting murder mystery nights.
