- Home-made spinach, cream cheese and smoked sliced trout roulade.
- Cold meat basket, including turkey in a creamy mayonnaise and Cumberland sauce, home roasted rare beef with sweet mustard sauce and country ham.
- Salad basket including herb and baby potato salad and rocket, polenta, cashew nut and pumpkin seed bread.
- Cheese basket includes camembert, six month matured cheddar cheese, wheatswoth biscuits and home made pineapple chutney.
