The “seasonal ingredient day” is an exciting twist to this Cape Town wine estate’s popular Sunday market. This month’s ingredient is the delicious pear and prickly pear, which make for some wildly delicious combinations.

Think all kinds of delicious combinations  with these amazing fruits like pickled pear shwarmas, prickly pear cocktails, chicken and pear burgers, pear and prickly pear chocolates, pear relishes, exotic pear and prickly pear homemade ice cream and sorbet surprises, pancakes with pear fillings and much more.
