The Garden Route, popular amongst water sporters, harbours many popular coastal towns as Mossel Bay, Wilderness, Knysna & Plettenberg Bay, all seemed off by splendid bays & beautiful beaches.

If you're travelling between Cape Town and the Garden Route, there's a gruelling but spectacular alternative through the mountains of the Little Karoo or Klein Karoo.

The Karoo, with Oudtshoorn as its centre, is renowned for ostriches, wildflowers, kloofs (ravines), caves & old rock paintings.
