Sevruga restaurant, Beluga’s new sister restaurant in the V&A Waterfront opened its doors on 13 June 2008.

Exactly nine years after Beluga first opened its doors in Cape Town, the Sevruga restaurant is set to add a stylish quayside dining experience to the Waterfront’s choice of restaurants.

From the New York style entrance at Sevruga, the polished marble and solid wooden floors, to the solid American Walnut bar counter and designer chairs, opulent imported fabric, it is clear that little expense was spared to build this signature restaurant in the V&A Waterfront.

Some Sevruga restaurant features are the separate bar and lounge, as well as the outside terrace with one amazing view of the harbour, tugboats coming and going, and even a glimpse of Table Mountain.

The large and varied menu is based on Beluga restaurant and includes a full sushi menu as well as loads of new signature dishes.

The Sevruga restaurant is located on Quay 5 in the V&A Waterfront in the premises formally occupied by Cantina Tequila.
