Cape Grace's health menu: A delicious break for body and soul!
The Cape Grace in Cape Town offers her guests a healthy break for body and soul.

The Cape Grace in Cape Town  offers her guests a healthy break for body and soul: a healthy, innovative and mouth watering health menu.

One of the challenges of modern day traveling is that we often neglect our diet: Constant eating out can play havoc with our health. Registered Dietitian Claire McMahon and Cape Grace's Executive Chef Bruce Robertson have developed a menu to provide you with the very best of South African health foods.

The ingredients of each recipe have been chosen to provide you with the vitamins, minerals and fibre your body needs. Low fat options are available for those watching their waistlines. Grains and starches are being used, that have a low glycaemic index, providing guests with a sustainable source of energy.

Healthy is boring? Not at the Cape Grace! The menu has been designed with the creative flair that has become synonymous with Cape Grace's kitchen, so that guests can enjoy nutritious yet innovative fare in One. Waterfront restaurant.

We at CapeTownMagazine.com simply enjoy One. Waterfront restaurant, but must hastily admit, the health menu has not been tried yet. We could actually do with a bit.

Ps. You can also book the Cape Grace for best price on capetownmagazine.com.
