A unique 45-hectare plot of the Slaley Estate is to be developed as an exclusive residential estate. The plot of land, including vineyards and olive groves, will be divided into nine substantial properties of around 5 hectares each.


Set in a prime part of Stellenbosch, Slaley Estate is about ten minutes driving from the centre of Stellenbosch and the N1.

The development of the site will start in late March or early April.
