Rock Gods of Metallica treat South Africa to three concerts
In March 2006, Metallica will perform in Cape Town, Pretoria & Durban as the main act of the Coca Cola Colab Massive Mix.

After international artists as The Black Eyed Peas,
REM, Diana Ross, Robbie Williams and yet to come Bryan Adams another of the world's greatest music sensations will visit South Africa for a couple of concerts. In March 2006, the legendary rock band Metallica will give concerts in Cape Town, Pretoria and Durban as the main act of the Coca Cola Colab Massive Mix.

It will be the first time the American hard rock legends will hit the stage in South Africa.

Metallica was born in 1981, and has scored uncountable global hits including the classics 'The Unforgiven' and 'Nothing Else Matters'. Over the past two decades, Metallica released eleven albums over the last twenty years and selling over 85 million copies worldwide.

Metallica is not the only musical heavy weight
performing during the Coca Cola Colab Massive Mix. The line up of the 12-hour event, the biggest music festival in South Africa, features both International als South African artists. So far the line-up is made up by The Rasmus, Fatboy Slim, Karen Zoid, Fokofpolisiekar, Simple Plan, Collective Soul. Seether, Prime Circle, The Finkelsteins, The parlotones, Flat Stanley, State Far better, Sitter and the Spoonfeedas.

The Coca Cola Colab Massive Mix kicks off in Supersports Park in Centurion on 18 March 2006. After that, the music festival moves on to ABSA stadium in Durban (21 March).
