David Gray on World Tour; concerts in Cape Town & Johannesburg
David Gray will be adding two South African live concerts; one concert in Cape Town and one concert in Johannesburg
David Gray will be adding two South African live concerts to his upcoming "Life in Slow Motion" world tour. June the 9th sees him performing at the Bellville Velodrome for the Cape Town Concert, before heading up to The Coca-Cola Dome for the Johannesburg Concert on the 11th of June 2006.

Following the astounding success of his 1998 album White Ladder, released on long-time fan Dave Matthews' ATO Records in North America, David Gray's has established himself as one of UK's leading artists. Featuring the hit single, Babylon, White Ladder sold over 6 million copies word-wide, spending more than 175 weeks on the UK charts, going seven times platinum.

White Ladder is also the biggest selling album of all time in Ireland. The critically acclaimed "A New Day at Midnight", was released four years later, receiving four times platinum status in the UK, and now, with two Ivor Novello awards for song writing, a "Q" award for best single, a GQ award for Best Solo Artist, two Brit nominations for Best Male, and a Grammy Nomination for Best New Artist, David Gray is back with Life In Slow Motion. Life in Slow Motion involves over 50 musicians and is counted as Davids best work, both musically and lyrically.

In South Africa, Life in Slow Motion is almost classified Gold, with it's first, and second singles, "You're the One I Love" and "Hospital Food" featuring on almost every radio station in the country. His upcoming Cape Town and Johannesburg Concerts will be set in an intimate, fully seated configuration, to ensure the audience will experience his awesome talent, both aurally and visually, during the Concerts.
