Chef Bruce Robertson will realise his ultimate dream opening his own new 'the showroom" restaurant in Cape Town
It has been a dream for quite some years: Having his own restaurant in Cape Town. This year, Cape Grace Executive Chef Bruce Robertson will fulfill this lifelong dream by opening the new The Showroom restaurant in Cape Town.

At the moment Robertson is the Executive Chef at one.waterfront restaurant at the Cape Grace Hotel in the V&A Waterfront. With his undying passion and talent he has managed to make one.waterfront one of the best restaurants in Cape Town and even South Africa.

After opening the new restaurant in Cape Town, Roberston will remain attached to one.waterfront, assisting in an advisory capacity for a good few months to come.
