Want to surprise and impress your loved one in a completely different way? Order the Bling cocktail at the Metropole Boutique Hotel in Longstreet, Cape town!

Enjoy the unforgettable moment when she (or he?) takes a sip of her cocktail and notices a diamond necklace at the bottom of the glass.

This 0.26-carat diamond is mounted in an 18-carat white gold setting and hangs on a white gold chain. The necklace comes with a certificate of authentication.

M-Bar staff in the Metropole Hotel will drape the diamond in the drink so a customer will first see the white gold necklace, then the diamond in the cocktail glass.

The Bling cocktail goes for R3 500 and is Cape Town's newest and most expensive drink, it's made of triple sec, lychee and vodka.

M-Bar is situated in the Metropole Boutique Hotel in Longstreet in Cape Town.
