ABSA PSL: Ajax Cape Town vs Amazulu

The Urban Warriors will look to give Amazulu a welcome they won’t forget

Head coach Stanley Menzo’s charges, Ajax Cape Town, will welcome the new boys on the PSL block, Amazulu, to the Cape Town Stadium on Saturday, 25 November 2017 at 8.15pm, for a match that football fans can’t afford to miss.

Amazulu played in the National First Division last season and had to win the promotional playoffs to secure a spot in top flight football. The Urban Warriors will definitely be aware of the threat the newly promoted teams pose, as Amaqhawe (Amazulu) will look to make their PSL visit permanent. The last time these two teams met was in the 2014/2015 season, which ended in a 1-1 draw.

Menzo is sure to put his trust in the younger players like Grant Margeman (19) and Jody February (21) who always rise to the occasion and embrace the opportunity to perform.
