Reflecting Rundle's game lodge background, menu choices at The Grace's restaurant include African-inspired favourites like Oak-Smoked Springbok (served on hot multigrain with a white balsamic vinegar and cranberry sauce); main courses like Ostrich Neck and desserts like Amarula ice cream and Key Lime Souffle made from Swazi limes.
