Accommodation
The Constantia has six luxurious suites from which to choose for your superior bedroom accommodation. There are two suites with en suite bathrooms and four superior double suites with walk-in cupboards, separate sitting rooms and private patios.
Alternatively, hire the entire apartment, which can incorporate two or three bedrooms, with a private lounge and a private dining area that includes a Chef's kitchen.
Classic Décor
Throughout the Constantia, décor is predominantly traditional Constantia country- style, elegant and sophisticated. A unique and relaxing atmosphere is created in part by the examples of eclectic African art evident throughout this luxury boutique hotel. In addition, specially commissioned original mosaic art adorns selected patios.

The attention to detail in the extravagantly well-appointed en-suite bathrooms is a special feature of The Constantia.

Private swimming pool
Your privacy and security is of the utmost importance, and even the luxury swimming pool with its surrounding tanning deck has been landscaped and sunk below ground level, to ensure you can be private from even the few fellow guests.

Guest Lounge and Dining Area
A large breakfast room serves all the Villa's guests. For most other meals, you can choose from the many exceptionally fine restaurants the Cape has to offer. Your host will be happy to make recommendations or reservations for you.

Alternatively, for a special evening at home, special chefs will be happy to personally prepare a sumptuous, delectable dinner for you around the chef's table.

The following rates are quoted per room per night including breakfast, 14% VAT and bed levies. And all local drinks are free! Please note rates are seasonal. To enquire about availability or for further information, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Our cancellation policy

• A deposit of 50% will secure your reservation. balance payable on arrival.
• Cancellation within 15 - 30 days of arrival, 50% of full accommodation account will be levied.
• Cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival, the full accommodation account will be levied.
• In the event of premature departure, the full extent of the stay as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged.
• Refunds of monies paid for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let room/s.
• We recommend that you take out insurance against cancellation due to unforseen circumstances.
