It offers guests 155 spacious rooms, including four suites and nine Villa rooms. All are simply, yet elegantly, appointed in traditional country style.
The Village at Spier promises to become one of the Cape's premier holiday and conference destinations, with special packages for out-of-towners that includes flights, accommodation and car hire.
Rooms
The Village introduces a new era of luxury accommodation in South Africa. Designed to recreate the intimate and relaxed atmosphere of a small village, its 155 rooms, including four suites and nine villa rooms, are connected by indigenous gardens, walkways and waterways.

These Cape Style buildings are clustered around six private courtyards,each courtyard with its own swimming pool . The front block is designed for famillies with small children. All standard rooms are spacious at 60sqm.
In both design and construction, emphasis has been placed on maintaining the ecological integrity of the area. Where possible, natural materials and resources have been used.

Suites

Villas
Each villa consists of 3 bed rooms en suite and a communal lounge. These can be reserved indvidually or as a single unit for a familly or group.

Standard Terms and Conditions
  • The above rates are quoted per room, are inclusive of VAT but exclude all extras and Tourism Levy.
  • Rates are subject to currency fluctuations and therefore we reserve the right to change the rates accordingly. Prior notice will be given should this be necessary.
  • For account holders reservations are only guaranteed to the company on the receipt of a fax or voucher.
Deposits
  • All bookings remain provisional until they have been confirmed.
  • To avoid a provisional booking from being released, a confirmation and guarantee is necessary with a deposit of 50% of the total booking amount.
Cancellation Policy
  • Any cancellations or amendments to reservations are to be confirmed in writing.
  • 10% cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 30 - 21 days prior to arrival.
  • 50% cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 20 - 10 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% cancellation fee on total booking if cancelled 9 - 0 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% cancellation fee on total booking in the case of a no show.
Check-in and Check-Out Times
  • individual check-in time is at 14H00 and check-out time is at 11h00.
  • group check-in time is at 16h00 and check-out time is at 11h00.
General Terms & Conditions
  • The hotel is regrettably unable to accommodate more than 2 adults per room.
  • No pets are allowed .
  • It is advisable to make restaurant reservations in advance.
