Deposits and Surcharges
  • All rates are quoted in South African Rand inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax and are subject to change without prior notice. During major events in Cape Town and surrounding areas, rates are also subject to change.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed – 50% of the total Accommodation is due immediately and the balance is payable 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
  • Our cancellation Policy is as follows:
    • 14 days prior to arrival - 25% of total is retained

    07 days prior to arrival - 50% of total is retained

    Under 7 days prior to arrival - 100% non-refundable
