RATE INCLUDES
Luxury accommodation in en-suite, air-conditioned chalets, 3 full meals daily, all teas and coffees, afternoon tea, 2 safari drives (± 3 hours each) daily in open landrovers and a bush walk for guests staying 2 nights or more. Game activities with skilled and well-trained rangers. Arrivals from 12:00 but no later than 15:00. Departures after breakfast at 10:30.
Bar bill, soft drinks, telephone and fax calls, bed levy of R5.70 per person per night, curios, gratuities and items of a personal nature as well as R60 per vehicle entrance fee to the Sabi Sand Wildtuin for self-drivers.
Transfers can be arranged from Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport (KMIA) to the Lodge. The cost is R350.00 per person one way and the journey takes approximately an hour and a half through the beautiful Mpumalanga area. Direct flights to the Sabi Sand can be booked through our office. Flights depart from Johannesburg International Airport on a daily basis. The plane used is a Cessna Caravan and the flight lasts one and a half hours. The cost of the flight is R3000.00 per person return.
Please take note: The rate is R600 per night nett and accommodation will be reserved in the pilot’s room unless alternative arrangements are made prior to arrival at the lodge.The single room is adjacent to our staff quarters with its own shower and amenities. If 18 or more guests in camp then guide/tourleader/ pilot will not be able to partake in game drives.
Full prepayment on confirmation of booking by credit cards, electronic transfers or direct deposits.

Cancellation must be in writing and must be more than 4 weeks prior to arrival in order to receive full refund, less 10% handling fee. Cancellations 4 weeks prior to arrival will be refunded less 25%. Cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to arrival will not be due for any refund and full payment for the booking, if not received, will be due and payable.
