Rates quoted refer to the best rooms available at time of arrival, unless specified and confirmed in writing.
Rates are inclusive of VAT @ 14% and inclusive of TOMSA (Tourism Marketing Levies) of 1% on accomodation.Secure valet parking is available at R40.00 per day
Rates are net and non-commissionable.
FIT - PRE-PAYMENT / DEPOSITS
To secure reservations, full pre-payment will be required 30 days prior to arrival date.
CANCELLATION:
Pre-payments are not refundable under any circumstances if the cancellation occurs within 21 days prior to arrival date.
We reserve the right to retain the pre-payment as a cancellation fee, should we be unable to re-sell the room.
In the event of premature departures, we will be obliged to charge for the full extent of the pre-booked stay. |
