The rate includes luxury accommodation in en-suite, air-conditioned suites, 3 full meals daily, all teas and coffees, afternoon tea, 2 game drives daily in open landrovers and a safari walk - activities with skilled and well-trained rangers. Arrivals from 12:00, but no later than 15:00. Departures after breakfast at 10:30.

The rate excludes bar bill, soft drinks, telephone and fax calls, bed levies, health spa facilities, curios, gratuities, items of a personal nature and the entrance fee into the Kruger National Park for self-drivers.

There are direct flights daily from Cape Town and Johannesburg to KMIA (Kruger Mpumalanga International Airport). Transfers can be arranged between the Kruger airport and Lukimbi and transfer rates are available on request. The drive between Nelspruit and Lukimbi takes approximately one and a half hours and is done in an air-conditioned vehicle. Charter flights to Malelane airport can booked through our reservations office.

Guides/tourleaders/pilots please take note: The rate is R700.00 per night nett and accommodation will be reserved in the pilot's room.

Payment: Full prepayment one month prior to date of arrival. Credit cards, electronic transfers and bank transfers are all acceptable methods of payment.

Cancellation: Cancellations must be in writing and must be 4 weeks or more prior to arrival in order to receive a full refund, less 10% handling fee.
Cancellations 4 weeks prior to arrival will be refunded less 25%.
Cancellations 3 weeks prior to date of arrival will be refunded less 50%.
Cancellations 1 week prior to date of arrival or no show, 100% of full payment due.
