1. All rates quoted are on a room only per night basis unless otherwise indicated.
2. All bookings are subject to availability.
3. Rooms will be kept until 18:00 on day of arrival unless otherwise assured or guaranteed.
4. Credit card numbers will be required in order to secure your booking.
5. Check-in is after 14:00 and check-out is before 10:00.
6. Cancellation Policy per Booking
   a. Cancellations - for two or less rooms - within 48 hours prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
   b. Cancellations - for three to 10 rooms - within seven days prior to arrival will be subject to a full cancellation fee of the value of the accommodation booked.
   c. Cancellations - more than ten rooms, group cancellation policy will apply.
7. Guaranteed reservations will be held for first night only, after which the accommodation will be released.

Please note that Kruger Park Lodge's rates are quoted in South African Rands and are inclusive of VAT @ 14% but exclude the 1% Tourism Levy.

Children`s Policy:

1. Two children under the age of 18 stay for free and only pay for their meals which is dinner - R 100 per child per day, Breakfast - R 65.00 per child per day, if over 12 years of age.
2. If there are more than two children the additional children fee is R 150.00 per child and full price for their meals.
3. If children are under the age of 12 years they only pay 50% of the meals, which is: Dinner - R 50.00, Breakfast - R 32.50
4. All children over 18 are considered adults.
