Rates are inclusive of all meals, teas and snacks, dawn and dusk safaris, bush walks and accommodation and V.A.T. Tourism levy, laundry, drinks and curio purchases are not included in the rate and are for the guests account. Guests are requested to check-in after 14h00 (Arrival for lunch prior to check-in is welcome) and checkout before 11h00.
Children under 12 sharing with adults.

Closest Airport: Eastgate Airport – Transfers are complimentary and are provided in open vehicles, transfer time is approx 30 minutes.
By road Kapama is approximately 5 hours from Johannesburg.

Please take note of the following terms and conditions,

 

1. A 20% deposit will be required to confirm a booking with full payment due 7 days prior to arrival.
2. Bookings cancelled 45 days prior to arrival will forfeit their deposit.
3. Bookings cancelled 30 days prior to arrival will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
4. Bookings cancelled 14 days prior to arrival will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
5. Please note that guests will be required to sign an indemnity form on arrival.

Children under the age of 6 are not permitted on Game drives, children between the ages of 6 and 12 are permitted on game drives at the sole discretion of the ranger.
Children are under the age of 12.
