The
Vineyard Venue Conference Centre with its adjoining open-air
amphitheatre seating 350 is a versatile venue that can be transformed
to accommodate a variety of corporate and social functions, including
weddings, product or vehicle launches, demonstrations and auctions.
Some 200 square metres in
area, it can be divided into three sections of equal size, with seating
for 10 to 200 people, depending on the layout (U-shaped, banquet or
cinema-style). There are also two syndicate rooms seating eight - for
smaller breakaway group activities or intensive training sessions.

room, massage room with on-staff masseur, and a heated outdoor pool.
Temporary membership at the Paarl Virgin Active Health and Fitness club
can also be arranged as well as the services of a personal trainer.
The
hotel has a number of bicycles, including a tandem, for leisurely rides
through the historic town of Paarl and the relatively level countryside.

trail (one-way), through indigenous forest, along a tranquil kloof.
This trail can connect with the trails in the Paarl Mountain Nature
Reserve. Further afield in the Boland or Cape Town area, there are a
variety of hiking trails in the mountains and nature and coastal
reserves – and the challenge of Table Mountain.
Horses for courses … explore the beautiful Paarl Valley and surrounds on horseback - stables located near the hotel.

Water,
water, everywhere … there are many watersports to be enjoyed on the
nearby rivers, dams and sea resorts - water-skiing, power-boating,
yachting and sailing for the energetic - and sunset cruises in Table
Bay or False Bay for the slow movers.
Individual Reservations
should be confirmed within 21 days with payment of a deposit of 50% of
total stay, or at a discount of 10% should full payment be made within
7 days after reservation confirmation. Reservations are guaranteed on
receipt of full payment (bank draft in South African Rands) at least 45
days in advance of arrival.
No charge will be levied if the reservation is cancelled 45 days before
date of arrival, where after full cancellation fees are applicable.
Group Reservations.
Provisional reservations for 5 rooms/suites or more will be held by the
hotel for a period of 21 days only, where after a deposit of 50% of the
full accommodation amount is payable to confirm the reservation, and
full payment is required 60 days in advance to guarantee the
reservation. No charge will be levied if the reservation is cancelled
60 days before date of arrival; where after full cancellation fees are
applicable. Tour Leader/ Driver/ Guide – for 10 to 17 rooms booked, one
room will be charged at 50% of rate quoted. For 18 rooms or more, one
room will be complimentary.
In
general a minimum stay of 2 nights is recommended, but between 23
December and 9 January a minimum stay of 5 nights is required, with a
50% deposit of total length of stay payable within 21 days after making
the reservation, or the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
Guests whose stay includes the 24th and 31st December are obliged to
include the Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve dinners in their stay and
these dinners are pre-payable together with their accommodation.
Guests with disabilities can be accommodated in a specially equipped room near gentle walkways.
Families:
The hotel is unable to accommodate more than 2 adults per suite, but in
addition, up to 2 children, (between 4-15 years of age), can be
accommodated on roll-away beds in our Duplex suites, at an extra charge
of R475 per child, including breakfast. Please note that our pools are not enclosed – Adult supervision required.
• Double or twin beds are available; kindly state your preference when making your reservation.
• We regret no pets allowed.
• Rooms/Suites are normally ready for occupation by 15:00. Guests are
kindly requested to vacate their suite/room by 11:00
