• Please note that you have to produce your credit card, drivers license and passport when receiving the rental-vehicle
• Free delivery and collection in SA in a 25 km radius from our branches
• Cell-phones are only at airports available from CELLUCITY
• Unlimited kilometres
• Airport delivery and drop off
• Theft insurance
• Collision damage waiver
• 14% VAT
• Tourism levy and airport surcharges
• One additional drivers included in the price
• Personal accident insurance
• Accidents on gravel roads (conditions apply) |
• Refundable deposit (fuel & extra's): R2000
• Cellphone insurance cost R9.95 per day, free incoming calls, local calls are charged direct to your cellphone @ R 2,40 per minute, 50% off international calls, excess R700-R1500
• Contract fee of R 28-40
• Delivery and collection fees (during office hours)- 0-35 kms : Free, 35kms+ : Please enquire.
• After hours & weekend delivery/collection fees- R280 per delivery/collection
• One Way Drop Off: Cpt / Garden Route / PE - R400 Per One Way
• One Way Drop Off: PE / Garden Route / Cpt - R400 Per One Way
• One Way Drop Off: Cpt/ Jhb / Dbn & Return - R400 Per One Way
• Young drivers surcharges of R100 a day (under 23)
• Excess (Super Cover does not include acts of negligence, tyres, hub caps, windscreens and torn upholstery)
• Super cover rates are for international passport Holders only. For SA-Residents standard cover applies.
• Claim and administration Fee: maximum R500
• Fine handling fee: R195
• Extension rates (if you extend your rental without approval)
• Babyseat per rental R 160-R 330
• No show fee / late cancellation Fee on vehicles group E/F/K/M/I/Y/J: R250 per vehicle

• Group I, R and F are not allowed to cross boarders!
• Cross border fees (Swaziland and Lesotho): Free
• Cross border fees for Group L, A, AS, B & J: Namibia, Zimbabwe & Botswana: Free
• Cross border fees group BT,C,D, IT, E, K for Namibia, Zimbabwe & Botswana: R 1000
• Cross border fee for Mozambique: R1000
• A letter of authorization must be requested at the time of reservation
• Authorized countries are Botswana, Lesotho, Namibia, Swaziland and Zimbabwe
• Unauthorized countries are Angola and Zambia
• Should damage or theft occur only for Mozambique, the following will apply:
--- Standard Cover : R35 000 excess
--- Super Cover : R9000 excess |
