· Villa “Exclusive Use” rates available on request(not available 22nd December 08-4th January 09)
· For bookings of two rooms or more terms & conditions apply.
· Check in time is any time after 14h00 and check -out time is any time before 11h00.
· Cancellations for individual bookings excluding peak season must be made in writing at least 72 hours prior
to arrival, or the total amount for the stay will be charged; unless the room is sold for the entire duration of
the reservation.
· All accounts must be settled in full on departure. In the event of an in-house guest checking out prior to the
guaranteed departure date, Dock House reserves the right to charge for the full duration of the original
booking.
· No shows will be charged in full.
· Failure to adhere to any of the booking or deposit deadlines, entitles Dock House, at its sole discretion, to
automatically release the accommodation.
