Booking Conditions:

• Rates are subject to change without notice. In order to secure a reservation, a 50% deposit is to be paid. This deposit is payable in cash, bank guaranteed cheque or transfer. alternatively, you may furnish us with your credit card details, with permission to debit your account with the necessary amount.
• Should the deposit not be paid, the reservation will not be confirmed.
• In the event of a reservation being cancelled 14 days prior to the arrival date, the deposit shall be refunded.
• Should the reservation be cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date, the deposit will be forfeited. This amount constitutes a cancellation fee and is not refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
• In the event of a reservation being cancelled only 5 days or less prior to the reservation date, full payment will be required. This payment will constitute a cancellation fee and is not refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
• Cancellation of any reservation must be in writing.
• Proof of payment into our bank account must be confirmed by telefaxing a copy of the deposit slip. Until this deposit is cleared, the reservation will NOT be confirmed.
A reservation will only be confirmed on receipt of 50% deposit – balance due on departure.

SPECIAL BOOKING CONDITIONS DECEMBER & JANUARY:
Deposits shall be forfeited if a reservation is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date during the abovementioned months. Full payment will be required for reservations cancelled within 14 days of the arrival date. These amounts constitute cancellation fees and are not refundable under any circumstances whatsoever.
