RECOMMENDED ROUTE TO BONGANI MOUNTAIN LODGE
From Johannesburg
• Take the N12/N4 towards Witbank
• From Witbank stay on the N4, passing Middelburg & Waterval Boven before reaching Nelspruit (alternatively use the Schoemanskloof pass)
• Pass through Nelspruit still staying on the N4 towards Malelane
• 38km out of Nelspruit, turn left at the Matsulu Road turnoff
• Turn left again 50m further along, onto the gravel road marked Bongani Mountain Lodge
• Proceed 7km along the gravel road until you reach the gate, where the guard will direct you to our secure carpark (400m further along)
• From our carpark you will be picked up by our rangers in an open 4x4 safari vehicle and brought up to the Lodge. (approx. 35 minutes)
• Scheduled transfers from the carpark are at 12h00, 14h00 and 18h00, which are free of charge
• Should these times not be convenient, a transfer can be arranged at a nominal fee
• Please expect up to an hours wait if you arrive outside of scheduled departure pick up times with no prior notice given to the Lodge
