The suites are individually decorated and provide the perfect setting from which both businessmen and holidaymakers can base themselves. The apartments are in a secure building, with full access controlled security. The walkways in front of the apartments are private and access is restricted.

• For rentals longer than 7 days duration, a discount can be negotiated
• To secure the reservation, 30% is required on confirmation and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival
• Upon confirmation of the reservation clients will receive a rental agreement which is to be completed, signed and returned via fax/email
