A centralized reception acts as a service centre which allows guests all the comforts of a hotel in your own home. Guest services include housekeeping, concierge desk and tourist information.
These luxury apartments are located within walking distance to top restaurants, shopping centres and other entertainment. Properties have been immaculately prepared according to detailed guest specifications and graded 4 star self-catering by the Tourism Grading Council.

Rates are quoted per unit per night in South African Rand and are inclusive of 14% Value Added Tax.
Waterfront Village reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods at any time without prior notice.
Special rates are available for extended stays.
Units are allocated according to availability. Requests for certain apartments will be granted where possible.
Booking confirmation & payment: a 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. The balance of payment is due on check-in.
Alterations by Waterfront Village: it is unlikely that we will need to make changes to confirmed bookings, it does occasionally happen and we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the property you have booked, we reserve the right to transfer you to a similar property. However, if this is not possible and you do not wish to be transferred, we will cancel the booking and refund the deposit paid. Waterfront Village will not be liable for any cancellation charges for travel arrangements.
Our check-in time is 14h00 and our check-out time is 11h00. In most cases we will allow early check-ins and late check-outs if the unit/apartment is available. Please advise us of your travel details – your Destination Consultant will advise you on the costs.
Cancellations: please be advised that cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival on the day will forfeit the full deposit paid.
