| Whether staying at the hotel or in the thatched and stilted safari lodges, the decor and furnishings are equally diverse.

| From exotic highly-spiced cuisine to more simple traditional fare, the array of dishes offered at the dozen places o eat is mesmerising.
Meals, snacks and drinks can be savoured, at one of several bars, restaurants, coffee shops and fast food places indoors, outdoors, on the terrace or even during a moonlit braai at the boma, making the sampling of culinary delights an experience in itself. |

Recreation
| However guests may dream of indulging themselves when at leisure, the Resort will yield to their desires: lazinglanguidly at the poolside, taking a stroll in park-like surrounding, being pampered at the beauty centre, or reclining on a game-drive or river-boat cruise, rest and relaxation will soon take hold.
Whilst for the more energetic, daytime riverside antics and water sports such as jet skiing, parasailing and tow-boat skiing will keep the adrenalin pumping. The Resort transforms again at night consistently offering quizzes, comedy nights and ncing till the small hours for entertainment or perhaps you`d prefer a simple moonlit supper, being serenaded by crickets on the deck of a safari lodge beneath a sky bejewelled with stars. |

Directions from Johannesburg/Pretoria
| Take the N1 from Johannesburg/Pretoria. Pass through the Grasmere Toll Plaza, travel for 26 km then take the R57 Vaderbijlpark/Sasolburg off ramp. Turn onto the R42 Vereeniging Road. Turn right into Frikkie Meyer Blvd, continue until you reach The Emerald Casino Resort.
Take the N12 towards Alberton. Take the R59 off-ramp to Vereeniging. Take the R42 Vaderbijlpark off-ramp. Turn left into Frikkie Meyer Blvd, continue until you reach The Emerald Casino Resort. |
