The Chefs a-la-carte menu includes spectacular dishes like a Mushroom and Spinach Oyster stuffed with goats cheese, garlic and olives, complimented by a rich tomato fondue, sautéed ostrich served an a spicy carrot and onion compote with a herb mousseline and a raspberry sauce and decadent desserts such as a Grand Marnier Cheesecake with dark chocolate sauce and candied orange slices.
The NH Hotel Plettenberg Bay offers a variety of different menus for the not so hungry, the ravenous as well as the health conscious.
