| Price Policy |
- All rates quotes are Gross, including VAT of 14% where applicable
- All rates are subject to change without prior notice
- Rates are quoted on a per person sharing fully-inclusive
- Until otherwise stated, rates quoted per night and include game drives and meals
- Rates do notinclude telephone, laundry, Wellness centre teatments, shop purchases or gratuities
- A minimum stay of two nights is required during high season - October to April
- The single supplement will be charged at a rate of 50%
- Rates quoted above include a 1% government tourism levy

| Children Policy |
- Children under 12 years of age are accommodated by prior arangement only
- Children under 3 years of age to share with parents at no extra charge, but are not permitted to join the game drives
- Children
aged between 3 and 7 years may share with their parents and will be
charged at 25% of the normal rate, which includes meals, accommodation
and game drives.
- Children aged
between 7 and 12 years, either sharing with their parents or in a
seperate room, will be charged at 50% of the normal rate, which
includes meals, accommodation and game drives.
- Children aged over 12 years will require a seperate room, charged at 100% of the normal rate
- A maximum of two children may share with parents

- Full pre-payment required 30days prior to arrival
- 25% of fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival
- 50% of fee if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival
- 100% of fee if cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival
