On Friday 10 October one of our dedicated team members, Niels Kolkman, passed away in a tragic car accident

CapeTownMagazine.com remembers Dutch intern Niels Kolkman, who passed away in a tragic car accident en route to Namibia last Friday. In this accident another Dutch student also doing her internship in Cape Town, Renate van der Paauw, also lost her life.

Our team is devastated by the loss of a unique and incredible person. Our support, thoughts and hearts go out to both families.

No words can be used to describe what we feel about losing someone this young, this enthusiastic, this real, this humorous, someone who was loving this life in this Cape Town...

Niels, you'll always be with us.
